What’s Cookin’ with Chef Robin Stotter

An important component of your training for the P.F. Chang’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Arizona Marathon & 1/2 Marathon is diet and nutrition. Over the next six months I will share with you recipes, nutrition, and cooking tips that I hope will not only inspire you as you train, but help you to cross the finish-line!

As the weather begins to cool off across the country this recipe for Braised Short Ribs with Pineapple Stir Fry Rice is perfect comfort food for fall.

I also like this dish because it is a delicious way to get the protein and carbs you need as you continue to increase the distance of your training runs.
